The search process involves: -
- Understanding the client’s needs, position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, accountabilities and other relevant details
- Developing a Sourcing Strategy to target appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit and utilizing our network, along with our database to develop a list of most promising candidates within these companies.
- Pre screening of resumes for basic checks as per requirements.
- Establishing Contact. Candidates are contacted and apprised of the opportunity for eliciting their interest in the position.
- Processing of the interested candidates profiles for short listing by the client.
- Follow-up with the HR of client organization and candidate for Personal Interview and related coordination.
- Post joining follow- ups with the client and candidate ensuring smooth transition.
